to get the beta for entrenchment 1.04 make sure you have an swrebellion account and a mantis account. More instructions here http://warlords.swrebellion.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=589&t=27668 I plan on this being a 2-3 week closed beta to get the major issues out and then an open release after that.
